A New Contest!

As mentioned on this week’s Sneaky Dragon podcast we’ve got a new contest….

Here are the rules:

We do a podcast that’s been called stream of consciousness. No, really, it has. By a listener. Yes, we have listeners. You know what? You’re being a real jerk about this, I’m just going to talk to everyone else.

Okay, so normally we bounce around a whole bunch of topics, but here’s what we want to do: you give us a topic and we’ll stick to it. We’ll put all the entries into a hat (or if a hat is not available a boot) and at the start of the episode draw one at random. We then have to spend the whole show on that topic. Can we do it? Should we do it? We don’t know.

To enter, just write down your topic and post it on either the message board at www.sneakydragon.com or our Facebook page. If we pick your topic, you’ll get a Sneaky Dragon T-Shirt. Plus some comics and um…. a pack of gum. (Good gum from the main shelves not the side ones with loose gummy worms.)

So give us your topic. Only one entry per person. Nothing racist, sexist or cubist.

Please pass this along so we can have as many entries as possible!

  1. How about an all-Doctor who episode?! 50 years in 60 minutes, or 5 and a half minutes per Doctor (you could probably just yaddayadda Paul McGann). You could call it EXTERMINATING DRAGON!

  2. hi cousin David i reckon you should have a day of talking about great danes the big slobbery dogs that i adore

  3. Hey there! I added this to the Facebook page already. I wanted to comment here as well but since I really don’t have anything more to say, I’ll just repeat myself…

Here’s a topic – the clip show, you know, that old standby of episodic TV where the writers take a week off while the editors string together random scenes framed together in an awkward narrative. Or maybe just do one yourselves …

  4. Topic: Dogs.

Based on the Anglican Short-Form Rules for Episodic Podasting you would be allowed to tangent onto wild canids including wolves, coyotes and The Australian Dingo. Remember, however, that any player who makes two or more references to the dingo will be penalized for a double-dingo and this will be scored as a hate crime for that player’s team.
