Ian will be appearing tonight and most Friday nights at Amuse Bouche, a charmingly intimate show featuring stand-up comedy without a mic. It really gives the performers a different venue and allows for a more relaxed act, often with more a conversational approach. It starts at 8PM at the quaintly named Slickety Jim’s Chat’n’Chew, which is located at 3475 Main Street East in Vancouver.
And I will be making a brief appearance as “guy holding cards” during David M.’s long-running Christmas extravaganza, David M’s Christmas Alone in No Fun City. David and guests will be playing Christmas songs to welcome in the holiday season. You can hear some great music with lots of laughs and seasonal bitterness. You can also see David M. walking around in a nightgown and cap, and then you can’t unsee it. The show starts at 8:30PM Sunday,at the Railway Club, 579 Dunsmuir Street in Vancouver.
