Sneaky Dragon Episode 267

Ciao, Sneakers! Welcome to our second episode of 2017! Pretty exciting – new year, same show.

This week on Sneaky Dragon, Ian and Dave look at iTunes reviews; scold Australia on its terrible self=promotion; ask for your help concocting a publicity stunt; admit they’re in the wrong country; love Travelman; tackle the most important topic of all time: best burgers; have trouble with razor blades; have no need for guilty pleasures; tackle the second most important topic of all time: best hot dog; cut the mustard; feel the cold; elucidate a theory about Trump and then proceed to prove it; ask if Trump is crazy; wonder if Trumpites will rebel; see a light at the end of the tunnel; have trouble speaking about things that are important; and, finally, discover that Ian is real.

Thanks for listening.

Please enjoy Travelman:

  1. I’d say the most famous bald guys right now are Vin Diesel and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. They’re both significant box office draws so maybe a good way to promote Sneaky Dragon would be by shaving your heads.

To tie it in to your political commentary, you can claim you did it in protest of the president elect and whatever that is he has on his head.

  2. Promo? Seriously you guys are awesome.
Your listeners all belong to the best club ever…
We brought you all the way from Qatar to Washington DC….
    Still loyal….forever fans.
    P.S. Mmmmmmmmm…..Burgers!

  3. Possible Australia promo: “We’re about as far away from the USA as you can get while still speaking English.”

Possible Sneaky Dragon promo: Contact George R. R. Martin and convince him to add a Sneaky D cameo in the next book.

I kinda wanted to give Ian a hug during all the Trump talk.

  4. The best way to save money on razors is to ditch that Turbo Mach 3 thing and get yourself a Safety Razor. This is the razor your grand father would have used. They still make them and the replacement blades cost about 8 to 10 cents each (those Turbo replacement blades are freakin expensive – almost $2 per blade on average). You can usually find a pack of 100 safety blades for about $10. And the blades can be recycled. Those turbo things can’t. And the razor handle & head will last for years and years. I don’t work for a razor company. And now I’m going to go get a burger. How do you all feel about tater-tots?
