Sneaky Dragon Episode 318

by David Dedrick on January 7, 2018

Merry Christmas is over! But before we put Christmas season 2017 to bed, let’s have our annual Dedrick Family Boxing Day and welcome Dave’s cousin Jason Dedrick to the show. On this week’s episode Jason, Ian and David do some plugs; drink some Tom Collins; talk about Jason’s podcast The Gentlemen of Elegant Leisure; hear some more about chi-chi’s; sing about pina coladas; ask who is the biggest song creep; loosen their loads; discover Jason is and isn’t a cool dude; wonder about TV explanation theme songs; conspire over Gilligan’s Island; hear the Star Trek theme; dis absinthe; go to a garbage store; create a Dedrick cocktail; talk more about Dedrick Boxing Day; decide on their best Boxing Day gift; listen to Fonzie’s Favourites; have questions about The Aristocats; watch Can I Do It Until I Need Glasses?; spend more time talking about The Last Jedi; recieve knock-off GI Joe’s; get confusing turkey organs; and, finally, a end of year Chick Talk in review.

Thanks for listening.

Please check out Jason’s podcast The Gentlemen of Elegant Leisure for some entertaining cocktail talk.

And don’t forget our wonderful new contest! Because it’s amazing!!!

Simply send us three topics you’d like to hear Ian and Dave talk about for an hour and they’ll make you your own Sneaky Dragon to listen to all on your own. It’s completely your own show. You can share it or horde it. Whatever you want to do with it. It’s yours!

Yep. Pretty awful…

There were a few female background players in the Mos Eisley cantina scene. The most memorable were twin sisters with long braids sitting at the bar. The other women on Tatooine probably prefer hanging out at the more lady-friendly Ma’s Eisley cantina.

The only clip I could find of the bizarre Fonzie impression was in this. Go to the 1:30 mark for the start of it…

And here’s an episode of Sigmund and the Sea Monsters with the theme song Ian was talking about…
