With Mark Meer. This week, actor, improviser and the voice of Mass Effect’s Captain Shepherd, Mark Meer joins Ian and David via Skype to talk movies, comics and video games. Mark talks about his upcoming sketch show Tiny Plastic Men, which is currently showing in Canada on Superchannel and he tells Ian and Dave about his career in sketch comedy and improv. They also talk a lot about The Walking Dead and zombies in general; superhero costumes; Mark and Ian discuss their connection via CBC’s The Irrelevant Show; Mark mentions a famous person who began his career in the Edmonton improv scene, but doesn’t spill any juicy gossip (darn it all); and Dave makes fun of the multiple endings of Return of the King, then states that he will not be going to see The Hobbit when it opens as he is sickened by the insane decision to stretch the franchise out over three bloated movies.*
