
It’s summer so time to get on your Vespa and take a vacation with our hosts Eric Fell, Jason Dedrick and Vicky Van as they recall their first time watching the 1953 classic Roman Holiday.

Espresso fuels their memories and gelato makes them sweeter.
They also make a tribute drink to the film called The Smitty.
Here’s how to make it…
- Fill a champagne flute almost to the top with Prosecco
- Add a splash of Amaro di Roma
- Add optional strawberry garnish
- Drink with a straw.
The Producer’s Wife said, “It’s a solid drink. It tastes like the winding down of summer.”
