Hello David and Lisa – outstanding series Lisa! As a researcher I can appreciate how much time it takes to collate this information (then roll out in a few minutes!). As a CA history junkie I was very interested in this latest episode about Muybridge, Leland Stanford and several points in CA that I am familiar with. Also, as a life long Californian, I didn’t recognize your pronunciation of Calistoga but after listening to the story, realized that’s where you were talking about. And as a life long Sacramento resident it was fascinating to recall there was a race track downtown (where our daughter currently lives!).
