Dear Sneakers, for those about to pod we salute you! This week on Sneaky Dragon, Ian and Dave pause for polar bears; get hammered; celebrate the McRib; say farewell to a good boy; declare that winter is going; enjoy sadness; discuss squirrel nuts; test some candies; update leg wounds; industrially injure themselves; fight old battles; impersonate the dead; discover the pleasures of talk radio; discover the pleasure of less talking; experience schadenfreude; curl some entendres; recommend CNN’s History of Comedy; swear “in context”; get spanked; wax nostalgic; and, finally, answer a listener’s questions with some sage life advice…maybe.
Thanks for listening.
Don’t forget about our crazy contests!
- Write to us via email (sneakyd@sneakydragon.com), message board, on Facebook, or through Twitter (@Sneaky_Dragon) and we will enter you into our contest to not only come eat dinner with us at our favourite after-podcast dining establishment, but – thanks to listener Craig Tebeau – but to also sit in on a Sneaky Dragon recording session (if that sounds fun at all to you). Otherwise, free meal!
- Send us a .wav or .mp3 file with a short story (2-3 minutes in length) detailing your missing out on an opportunity – “the one that got away”. Not only will we play your story, but we’ll provide a playlist of songs as a sort of commentary. *Note* Thanks to Dylan, we now have a Sneaky Dragon Skype account on which you can leave a voicemail. Simply search for “Sneaky Dragon” on Skype and give us a call!

David,
Happy Birthday for tomorrow!
Hope the day is a great one!
Great show…btw.
Thanks, Jenn!
Hello Sneaky Chaps
Just a quick one to say a Happy Birthday to DD. All the best people have their birthdays on 22nd February, including me, though I am but a youthful 46 this year, hem hem.
Keep making your splendid podcasts. The next time I visit Vancouver from Scotland (which is where I live) I’ll stand outside the studio with a big placard saying something suitably witty that I can’t think of right now.
Con
Thanks, Con. May I suggest that you hold up a placard reading, “How about some White Spot?”
Happy birthday, Con!
I will do so. Every time I visit Vancouver – my partner is from Richmond – I do like to visit the White Spot for breakfast.
And Happy Birthday again.
Happy Birthday David!!! I’m wishing I had a Sneaky Dragon bingo card to mark your birthday spot ( and for all the other SD Bingo stuff as well!)
Enjoy the day… have fun… know you are being thought of and wished the very best always!
Thank you, Laurel!
